What does a “gym on wheels” actually mean?
It means convenience. You don’t have to worry about parking, the weather, or crowds.
Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is necessary. You have your own? Great! You don’t have any equipment? No problem as well. I have all of the necessary equipment for you to reach your goals.
I’ve never had a personal trainer before, what does a normal session look like?
After your Complimentary Fitness Consultation, I will design a program that works towards your goals. We will incorporate anything from balance exercises, stretches, strength training to even cardio.
How long does a normal session last?
Every session is 60 minutes in length.
How frequently do we meet?
Your training frequency will depend on your needs, availability and other factors as well. At the time of your Complimentary Fitness Consultation we will take a look at those factors.
I have an injury/ recovering from an injury. Do I have to wait until I am fully healed to meet with you?
Great question! Fortunately, everything with fitness can be modified. I’ve worked with clients who have limitations with their shoulders, knees, back, arthritis and many other restrictions. We will work around those restricted areas and achieve your goals.
I live in an apartment and don’t have much room, are there any other locations we can meet at for our session?
Not much space is needed but I’m always open to a park that is convenient for you.
